What does the PCT role entail?
- Fantastic Base Starting Pay of $17.75 an hour!
- Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday’s with Sunday off
- Starting and ending times can range from 3 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm
- Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment.
- Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.
What does a successful PCT look like?
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED *Please Note this is a State Requirement to obtain a Hemodialysis Certification
- Comfortable working around blood and needles, mixing acid or bicarb
- Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for other people in need
- Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
- Healthcare experience a plus including : BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
